The ZEROSTAT-GUARD ground adapter plug is included in auditing kits as a convenient attachment to a functional ground circuit. Its intended operation is to provide an ESD ground path to a previously tested receptacle for instruments and personnel during audit operations. It is not intended as an electrical circuit tester or monitor.

International adapter plugs are also available for Europe and the UK.

PRF-922A Miniature Two-Point Probe Adapter

The PRF-922A Miniature Probe Two Point Adapter, allows Prostat customers to convert their PRF-912, or PRF-914 Miniature Concentric Ring "Micro Probes" to a precision "two point probe". The PRF-922A Adapter is configured to simply slide onto the PRF-912 & PRF-914 fixtures and use their gold plated concentric ring pins for direct contact with the Adapter's 2-point measurement assembly. Having both Concentric and 2-point fixtures provides maximum flexibility for measuring small areas and parts. Includes built-in stops and conductive electrodes covers.

PRF-MR Micro Probe Adapter Rings - Set of 5

In today's material technologies, many different types of composites are used to achieve electrostatic control. Combinations of various conductive ingredients, such as carbon, powdered metal or fibers, are blended with insulative materials to obtain static dissipative characteristics. Often the electrical surface characteristics of these compounds vary due to the distribution of conductive additives, mold design, the thermal forming process, or material properties. Consequently, material surface resistance will vary depending on fixture contact resistance, the surface characteristics of the primary material and distribution of the conductive additives.

The PROSTAT PRF-MR Micro Probe Ring Adapter Set is designed to minimize contact resistance and irregularities in measuring these unique materials when using the PROSTAT PRF-912 and PRF-914 Miniature Concentric Ring Fixtures. The adapters are installed over the contact surfaces of the miniature concentric ring electrodes.
