Clear dissipative vinyl cart covers are flame resistant and protect contents from ESD damage. Covers are optically clear and keep contents clean. Electrical properties are surface 1010 ohms per square per ASTM-D257. Also available with zippers or Velcro®, pockets, imprinting. and reinforced corners. Grid Print (ESD) clear vinyl cart covers are flame retardant and can be used for static control, test and other production areas where storage or mobile carts are used.  The grid print is conductive.  The grid print pattern offers a unique look that can also be utilized in store or office areas.

Also available with zippers or Velcro®, pockets, imprinting, and reinforced corners.

Blue Dissipative Cart Cover

These static dissipative covers are designed to protect product and equipment from static damage. Electrical properties of the static dissipative vinyl are: surface resistivity 1010 - 1011 ohms per square per ASTM-D257. They are ideal for production area carts. Covers keep contents clean and dust free. They are translucent for identification of contents and form fitted with a double folded binding to provide a strong finished edge.

Conductive Cart Covers


Heavy static dissipative/conductive supported vinyl cart covers are designed to shield static sensitive devices, components and subassemblies from static damage, dust and dirt during transportation and storage. The cover has a green exterior with a black inside and is also reversible. Also, a ESD warning label can be affixed to the cart cover (see illustration on left).

Covers are washable, durable, reusable, form-fitted to the product and have double-folded binding for a strong finished edge. Also available with Velcro® closures, vents, pockets, snaps, grounding snaps and cords.

Cart Covers should be cleaned with soap and water, or isopropyl alcohol, or an approved ESD vinyl cleaner. Common kitchen household cleaners and some commercially available cleaners should be avoided if the contain silicon. The silicon can build-up on the surface and cause electrical resistance to increase.
