Ground Zero's new standard tooling program allows you to have an economical way to provide an exact fit for your delicate components. Ground Zero's master tool is used with a custom insert made to your specifications for minimal set-up charge. Tray and cover set fit Ground Zero's IC5040 ZeroStat shippers to form a complete package. Choose the appropriate material for your application from Ground Zero stocked ESD plastics.

In addition, the water washable plastics allow you to effectively use trays long term without changing the static protective properties of the plastic. Many static dissipative materials can lose their properties just months after delivery.

Ground Zero offers clear static dissipative TraCaps that are made to snap to the top of industry standard Jedec Trays. The TraCap provides dust and static protection while saving the cost of an additional empty Jedec tray. Ground Zero's in-house tooling facility and design group will work with you to design and prototype custom trays to ship or handle your delicate components.

ZeroStat Stacker Trays are made of durable ZeroStat shielding corrugated. The construction is double wall with injection molded corner stackers attached for secure stacking. The tray includes a dissipative crosslink  foam pad that is loose in the bottom. The foam pad has permanent static dissipative properties and can be turned over to double the physical life of the foam.
