Anti Static Floor Finish

ZeroStat Coat is a state-of-the-art, floor maintenance finish with inherent static-dissipating properties. It is specifically formulated for application in computer rooms, electronic assembly areas, telephone sub-stations and any other area where positive elimination of static electricity is a prime consideration. The unique static dissipating ingredient is actively linked to the chemical structure of the polymer system preventing washout or leaching of the static dissipating properties. Easy maintenance, good gloss, and durability are additional assets of this high-tech anti-static finish.

Extended Electrical Testing By Ground Zero
This report documents a series of test designed to verify the electrical properties of ZeroStat Coat XL Floor Finish to Conform to Standards as issued by our manufacturer, further, this report presents the Approved Certification of Electrical Conductivity for the aforementioned Material. This material is for use on sealed or non-porous substrates and ESD flooring materials that fall in the static dissipative range. If the floor has been previously coated with a wax or finish that may not be well bonded, strip old floor finish with ZeroStat N.O.S.E No Odor Stripper Emulsifier’s Floor Stripping Liquid and rinse with clean water. Allow to dry thoroughly. Using a mop or wax applicator, apply thin even coats of ZeroStat Coat XL allowing finish to dry between coats. Two to four coats are recommended for optimum performance. Buffing is not required between coats.

Dry mop floors with a untreated mop daily to remove loose dirt, sand and other abrasives. Damp mop as needed to remove soils which can degrade the coatings conductive properties and gloss.
