Ground Zero resurfacers
are typically designed for application over old or own
concrete or as an protective overlayment on new concrete.
They turn old floors into safer, more aesthetically appealing
surfaces. In addition to concrete, these toppings are
formulated to be applied over wood and metal surfaces.
Common environments for resurfacers include areas with heavy forklift and steel-wheel
cart traffic; areas exposed to abrasion, impact and spills of acids, caustics,
solvents, grease, oil and food; wet process areas requiring skid resistance;
and clean rooms where dust cannot be tolerated.
The resurface product line offers a solution for every
environment. Ground Zero offers systems with higher fill
rations for thermal resistance, lower fill rations for
high-wear and chemical resistance, and metallic-filled
for excessive wear and impact resistance. One resurface
cannot meet all of these demands.

Resurface & Slurry Systems
Chemi-LDRTM 610 Light-Duty
Slurry Resurfacer
A high-gloss, slurry resurface for light-duty applications, Chemi-LDR 610 provides
durability, impact resistance and high bond strength to concrete. It is designed
for floors that are too rough for a thin-film or high-build coating or sealer,
but which have not deteriorated to the point where a heavy-duty floor resurface
is needed to repair them.
Chemi-TopTM 300 General-Purpose
Resurfacer
Chemi-Top 300 is an economical resurfacer for use over concrete in general-purpose
applications. It also offers good chemical resistance and excellent value.
Typically applied at 3/16", this resurfacer is designed for hand trowel
and power trowel applications.
Chemi-TopTM 700 Premium Resurfacer
Chemi-Top 700 is a high-strength resurfacer designed for applications requiring
greater durability. It offers good abrasion, impact and chemical resistance,
with a higher resin-to-aggregate ratio when compared to typical industrial
resurfacers (4.5 to 1). Applied at 3/16", it also offers excellent value
for a premium resurfacer.
Chemi-TopTM 710 Chemical-Resistant Resurfacer
Chemi-Top 710 is a high-strength resurfacer with high chemical resistance.
Chemi-Top 710 provides increased resistance against solvents and acids, with
a higher resin-to-aggregate ratio when compared to typical industrial resurfacers
(4.5 to 1). Applied at 3/16". |
Chemi-TopTM
720 TSR Thermal Shock Resurfacer
Chemi-TSR 720 is Ground Zero Floor Company's chemical-resistant, 100% solids
monolithic epoxy floor resurfacer primarily designed for applications up to 1800F.
Chemi-TSR 720 utilizes a cycloaliphatic amine curing agent which gives it chemical
resistant properties superior to typical epoxy resurfacers. It also consists
of a flexible hydrophobic epoxy binder that is resistant to thermal and mechanical
shock associated with daily hot and cold water washing.
Chemi-TopTM 730 Thermal Shock Polyurethane Resurfacer
Chemi-730 is Krypton Floor's chemical-resistant, solvent-free, monolithic urethane
polymer resurfacer primarily designed for applications demanding thermal-shock
resistance. The Chemi-Top 730 system withstands temperatures up to 2500F and
is formulated to offer superior chemical, abrasion, impact and thermal shock
resistance. This sytem is self-leveling, (1/4" to 3/8") thick, designed
to be applied directly to concrete.
Super Chemi-TopTM 900 High-Performance Resurfacer
Ground Zero Super Chemi-Top 900 is designed to withstand the rigors of heavy-wheeled
traffic in dock, manufacturing and other high-abuse areas. It provides unsurpassed
protection of concrete, even in the harshest manufacturing environments. The
addition of proprietary fillers to Ground Zero's proven epoxy flooring chemistry
delivers abrasion resistance up to 50% higher than traditional, industrial
epoxy floor resurfacers. Applied at 3/16".
