Ground Zero's Rhinostat Modular Interlocking Floor System is the ultimate answer for the most demanding of ESD control requirements. Manufactured of recycled PVC and Rubber with UV protection, RhinoStat Floor System features an injection molded safety design on the top surface that provides the most unique safety feature in its class.
The bottom surface is designed with an advanced sub-floor rubber foot system which allows for the most comfortable anti-fatigue properties in the industry. It also has an advanced locking feature that keeps the mats from shifting and coming , which is typical of most interlocking anti-fatigue mats. These floors have been researched and specifically designed to provide a comfortable and safe standing area.
The floors minimize the health hazards associated with standing on cold hard surfaces: foot and leg muscle strain, back pain and varicose veins all of which bring unnecessary discomfort and absenteeism. RhinoStat Floor System are of a maintenance free design, yet extremely flexible, resists scuffing, clean easily and provide excellent resistance to heat, solder, solder flux, oil, grease, acids, alkalis and solvents.
We like to think of the Ergo RhinoStat Floor System as indestructible. In most situations, areas covered by RhinoStat will require the attachment of edge ramps for a safe and secure finish. These edge ramps are available in matching or contrasting colors and are an attractive way to complete the task and provide a smooth edge. The edge ramps Interlock with the corresponding connections on the mats to attach securely. Mats are available in both ESD-dissipative and non-ESD.
